Bombadil fixed timeouts are going away, in favor of a dynamic strategy that monitors DOM and network activity, in order to react as quickly as possible and not waste time just sitting around. Quick measurements show 2-4x speedups in terms of actions per second. 030

Here's a bug in one of the TodoMVC apps, where changing filters while having a pending item clears the input, throwing away the pending text. The error message isn't perfect but it's a huge improvement. 221
