I’m exploring a creator-first production platform for manga, webcomic, and independent comic creators who already have the hardest creative pieces—the story, characters, world, and visual identity—but may not have access to the budget, team, or production infrastructure needed for animation.

The core idea is that the original creator remains the creative director. Instead of a one-click AI generator deciding what your work should become, you would have your own production studio around the project.

AI production agents would handle as much of the repetitive and menial work as possible: organizing the story into scenes, rough storyboards, continuity, character consistency, production coordination, animation assistance, editing, temporary voices, sound, asset management, and other production tasks. You would review and direct the work. As you make corrections and creative decisions, the system would learn the preferences specific to you and Prophecy Failed, so the studio becomes increasingly tailored to your characters, world, pacing, and direction over time.

It would not be an AI-only studio. Human animators, voice actors, artists, editors, composers, and other specialists could join a project as permanent team members or be hired only where their work matters most. A creator might let the automated studio handle an ordinary dialogue scene, but open an important fight or emotional scene to several animators. Those animators could submit different interpretations, and the creator could choose the version they want to purchase or license for the final production.

The goal is to use AI for production labor and repetitive tasks while keeping humans in control of creative decisions—and to make professional human talent affordable by using it where it creates the most impact.

My husband and his friends realised they thought they were good guys but still made like, ironic-sexist jokes.
