I remember as a journalism student at ISU in the 90s Coach Fennelly came to our class and did individual interviews with all of us and took each one as seriously as if we were real reporters. It might be that instead of replacing help desk it’s more of an evolution of what the job is. All good thoughts to consider as we figure out what AI means to the industry. 010

I read them in high school and it changed a lot of what I thought fiction was. 030
