I just don't understand. What is it that I feel works in Dark Souls and Elden Ring that just isn't replicated in other Souls-likes? There is a feel to the movement and combat that just isnt there and it's irritating. Is it like hit stuns? I-frames? damage scaling? What?

Currently staying in a mountain cabin to celebrate a friend's birthday! It's been great so far! But, I wasn't diligent about the sunscreen and now my shoulders are very crispy. It hurts x3 I also tweaked my ankles jumping into the pool i should have known was only 3ft deep. Im not a smart dog x3
