Okay, maybe it's just me. I gave Mortal Shell 2 another shot and it clicked finally. I just needed to sit with it for a bit and get familiar with the flow of the game

A lot of people assume FA is profitable. If that were the case we wouldn't have needed a GFM when Neer passed to keep it out of probate. It's been two years. The funds were used. FA is struggling financially. And I am 🌟s t r e s s e d🌟 I'm scared to ask for help, I feel like no matter how much-

Going out on strike. Anxious. So frustrated things have to get so close every time, and this time it's actually happening

I cannot wrap my head around mahjong. Like, I cannot look at my hand and see ANYTHING even resembling a strategy. A few friends have tried to teach me, and I at least get the basics, but I am playing completely without understanding

Idk if it's a teachable thing. I quit trying to fight the first boss of Nioh 3

Normal is boring, weird is more fun <3 And besides, I like the way you talk

Watchdog @watchdog.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

I tried Khazan, I tried Nioh 3, I just tried Mortal Shell 2. Something isn't translating. Part of it is just "Get Gud", but there is a part that I can't figure out

I just don't understand. What is it that I feel works in Dark Souls and Elden Ring that just isn't replicated in other Souls-likes? There is a feel to the movement and combat that just isnt there and it's irritating. Is it like hit stuns? I-frames? damage scaling? What?

So it turns out it is "unprofessional" to quietly refuse to participate in the shitty "AI Relay" part of a mandatory meeting I posted about a year ago and thus warrants a full demerit on my annual performance evaluation. How rude of me to look unhappy during a meeting.

In a similar boat. While I have a union, we are on the verge of striking over pay and layoff protections (and other things). Alongside that, layoffs have been teased all summer. But, one way or another things will get better. Eventually this will all be distant memory, like a bad dream <3

Registration for MFF and ANE are paid and I am in the lotto for MFF. I am determined to go to both this time, but to be honest it is getting to be . . . ill-advised. I may have to say goodbye to cons for a little while. I will be devastated T.T

At a bar for this normie conference, seeing a bunch of folks drinking and partying. Some i know, most i don't. Feels like a fur con, but without any suits, hoods, or even tails. It's just not the same x3

I am not sure, still exploring genres. I know i enjoy sci fi and fantasy. The last couple i have read have been horror novels, which I know I want to get more of

I read the Artemis Fowl books when I was younger too. I loved them. I had others recommend Red Rising as well. Definitely interested in the scifi novels

Since moving, I've had about 2hrs each work day devoted to riding the bus. It's been fine. Silver lining, I've been using that time to read again. Been chewing through books faster than i expected and it's been fantastic. Turns out, books are great! What would you all recommend,

It's giving Great Wolf Sif from Dark Souls, which i think is the reference. Though I heard Vordt of the Boreal Valley theme in my head
