if developers consider the use of genAI in dev to be acceptable or unremarkable, you should be able to say so openly and visibly. this community is very anti-genAI (and for good reason), users should know.

im not here to tell you what to think about genAI in software development because ultimately that is up to you and i likely cant change your mind. however, i do think users deserve to make informed decisions, and "its in the commit history" 1/2

i should probably start posting klattsch-sing changelogs on here. oof in other news for anyone not on twitter, i’m currently rewriting the entire thing (including klattsch) itself in c++ in order to get it running as a native app and potentially a vst, so updates to the web ver may be a bit slow
