In Oleshky, the Armed Forces of Ukraine dropped 4 tons of food supplies at night. A photo from an Oleshky resident—she found a box in her garden in the morning. She says it was scary at night; drones were flying low. She woke up—her heart was pounding, hid against the wall. And in the morning, such a find: canned fish, canned meat, oil, sugar, grains.

Russia occupies Oleshky. Around 2,000 civilians remain and run out of food, medicine, water and electricity. Russia, as the occupying power, is responsible for facilitating humanitarian relief. Ukraine found another way in: its forces delivered ~4 tons of food by drone to 100 locations across town.

Russia’s State Duma elections officially began at 8:00 a.m. today. Voting will continue for three days, until 8:00 p.m. local time on September 20. The elections have already been described as unfair and tightly controlled by the authorities. The ruling United Russia party is expected to win.

Before we go into this useless discussion for the umpteenth time, let me remind everyone that territory is NOT the main issue. Donbas is NOT special to Russia. The only reason they’re asking for it so insistently is to speed up a future invasion by taking over the fortified belt.

Rick Wilson: Trump administration isn’t treating Russia as an adversary because Trump has mental defect in how he views Russia. He believes Putin is his friend, that Putin loves and admires him, and Trump reciprocates that. Putin looks at Trump as a fool and a sucker.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy / Волод... & - 30m
X
Today, the Russians used their ballistic missile to destroy an ordinary house belonging to an ordinary family in Radushne, near Kryvyi Rih, in our Dnipro region. It was the Voronov family: mother Olena, father Artem, seven children - Mark, Dominika, Zakharii, Azarii llai, Federica, Emilia, and Viorika - and one-and-a-half-year-old grandson Artem, the child of their eldest son, who is now defending Ukraine. As of now, it has been confirmed that parents and three children - Mark, Azarii llai, and Emilia - were killed. The Russian missile struck with such force that almost nothing was left of the house... Fragments of human bodies were found under the rubble, and only forensic examinations can establish which members of the family they belong to. The fate of Zakharii, Dominika, Viorika, Federica, and Artem is still being determined... It is a horrific crime of Russia's war against Ukraine - against ordinary people, against ordinary life.
This Russian evil can only be stopped by the whole world. No one in the world can be left to face such terror alone. And when we say that Ukraine needs missiles for Patriots, when we seek the capabilities to defend ourselves against Russian ballistic missiles, this isn't about abstractions. We are talking about families like this, people like these, who can live if we have the means to shoot down Russian missiles - if our partners help us with interceptors. Families who can be killed if we have nothing to stop Russian Iskanders with.It is important that these people are seen by those who make decisions - decisions at the Pentagon, in European capitals, and everywhere in the world where there is an opportunity to help Ukraine protect lives. Reality speaks for itself.
Protecting lives is necessary. Air defense missiles are necessary.
Eternal memory to all Ukrainians who were killed by Russian strikes... Eternal gratitude to everyone who helps!

When Zelensky picked Syrsky over Federov, he essentially established that the commander-in-chief is above the defense minister in the hierarchy. Ironically, this was also a death kiss to Syrky, because no one would want the job as defense minister under those conditions. The general has to go now.
