There’s no rational argument to swap the NHS to a different healthcare model. Experts have considered this +concluded that it would cost a lot of money, and there’s no guarantee that it would help. Also-if you claim to ‘hate bureaucracy’ then buckle up if you want the entire NHS model to be changed!

At this stage, Trump’s deal is best ignored. Ukraine & Europe need to, and can, win outright. If Trump then tries to help Russia (eg lifting sanctions), the EU should consider sanctions on anything enabling of Russia from the US.

… yes the NHS still exists. But it is being undermined as a public service, and is being hollowed out for profit. Those pro-privatisation voices then say “look, the NHS isn’t working… maybe we should scrap it?” Why don’t we just scrap the private companies and see what the NHS operates like then?
