Unfortunately I am allergic to armor and haven't done much tiefling stuff, but here's a shotgun blast of a few of my TTRPG characters over the years. Hopefully diverse enough that at least one might be of interest~ Grats on 4k!

Khuda Lophii, a Simic Hybrid- humanoid mixed with features of aquatic animals. He wears a dark Gi and prayer beads hang around his neck and waist with a crucifix dangling at the bottom. He emerges from the ice, pouncing with thin blade on an unfortunate- unseen- victim. He has no hair, glowing red eyes, needle-like teeth and blue-purple skin which almost makes him appear as a walking bruise.
This is a Simic Hybrid Monk/Rogue whose gender is not particularly important to him but he was born and would generally consider himself a man.

Rita sits in a simple wooden chair. A tie-dye cropped top exposes a red belly-button piercing above dark, torn jeans which cut off above the ankle. Dirty, untied sneakers meet the ground. Her hair is brown with stripes of white, much like her large skunk tail emerging from behind her. She carries a red solo cup, the symbol of her preferred pastimes. Her hair is kept in a bun, leaving a swirl of white and brown. Her eyes are brown and her skin is light but brown.
This is a human? with animal features. I've run her based on tabaxi stats before. She is a less combat-focused Rogue.

Elizah Krance stands in a cave system. A dark tank top is broken up with a necklace made of animal teeth, and her bare arms are disrupted by a similar bone bracelet on one arm. She carries a shortsword or dagger in a reverse grip by the hilt, obscured by her green cargo pants. On her belt, a smaller gutting knife is ready at a moments' notice. She has dark hair which reaches her waist and green eyes as well as brown skin.
This is a Ranger(And maybe Blood Hunter) half-Wood Elven woman

Wepwawet Wadjaya stands in a gladiatorial ring. He is a broad man with brown skin marred in scars and wounds. He wears a dark tank-top giving way to jeans which appear grey in the lighting but are probably blue with a frayed patch in the leg giving way to dark boots. He has fingerless gloves on his hands which likely assist him in wielding his old, damaged flail. He wears a silver chain at his neck and a green bandana hangs there for the moment as well.
His eyes are a piercing, reptilian green with narrow pupils and black sclera. He has darker green scales around his eyes which resembles a robber's mask. His hair is short but seems to stand as though gelled or thoroughly wind and sweat-swept
This is a Fighter/Barbarian multiclass human man
