I have not spoken up much about our breakup, outside of her attempt to selling my belongings. I have not done so out of fear because even without saying much to anyone, I have been harassed since the day after we broke up. This is just the tip of the ice berg at this point.

It might hurt my bottom line, but I’m probably going to stop posting art to Twitter entirely and I suggest you do too. Not only is the site actively putting a “Okay, now remix this” button below art (and elevating them above the OP with a QRT) and it’s false flagging original art as made by AI.

I think it's great that Bluesky has had this huge growth, for the art scene in particular. unsolicited advice: if you are an artist building a platform, use this time to guide people to a blog or newsletter *you* own so that in 5 years when Bluesky sucks, it won't take your entire audience with it!

Please use the shield icon next to the post button if your post is Not Safe For Work (AKA NSFW): Flagging your art NSFW isn't a judgment of your character. It's not bowing to corporate. It's not even a statement on your feelings about Yaoi. It's just considerate & it's very appreciated! Thanks!

It's a Bluesky posting window that has a word bubble pointing from the NSFW shield icon that says "Hi I'm the NSFW Button!"

If you're a creator who: - Takes long break periods - Creates very slowly - Has another full time job or engagement - Struggles with productivity - Is inconsistent I'm sorry to tell you... YOU'RE STILL A VALID CREATOR BECAUSE CREATING IS TIED TO PASSION, NOT PRODUCTIVITY 💜✨️

Reminder: This website does not have an algorithm, reposting yourself several times so that people in different time zones can see your posts is encouraged and the norm. It is totally fine to boost your own stuff here. Anyone who tries to make you feel weird about it- does not understand Bluesky. ✨

I think you can guess the theme because this shroom is an often pick for creature designs (its a bleeding tooth fungus) Its looks and bloody aesthetics made me think about vampires for some reason, so now we have some weird bat creature inspired by that

Hey new Bluesky users: this website has no centralized algorithm. If you think it seems dead in here, it's absolutely not. However, you are going to have to follow more people than you did on Twitter to see a lot of action in your Home feed.

‼️new bsky users‼️ If you want to see adult content here you have to verify your age and enable it in a browser (you can’t do it in the app). Also “sexually suggestive (cartoon)” is in the sub menu at the bottom for some reason.

Settings>>moderation>>turn on the “enabled” button. This has to be done in a browser.

Also check out the advanced moderation settings to turn on “sexually suggestive (cartoon)”

Hey Skyfolks! Just a reminder: there is no algorithm on Bsky, so us artists and creators rely heavily on RTs to get our work out there. If you see a post from an artist or creator that you like, please RT generously! It helps us a lot ❤️ Thank you!
