I signed my offer letter for a demotion in order to retain my job. Boss told me I’d likely be back to traveling a ton, doing the bullshit tasks I’d worked so hard to avoid, instead of furthering my #analytics skillset and “data guy” reputation. I do not feel good about myself right now.
