Super excited for the #EmporiaVue to arrive! If anyone out there in the BlueSky-verse (?) has one I'd love to hear your thoughts!

@jlev.online Hey Josh! Our house was built in 1928. I would like to air seal the walls (already did the attic) - removing the plaster walls isn't an option for us. What are your thoughts on injecting foam into the walls to air seal and insulate?

@benharri.org Nice to meet you! I just looked at your blog - Rob Berk's place is about an hour from me. I'll have to look for the Hankin pins next time I'm at Past Times.

@techconnectify.bsky.social Hello! Would you consider making a video on the newest crop of cold weather heat pumps? I'd love to better understand liquid/vapor injection and power consumption compared to heat strips. www.cnet.com/home/energy-...

The @nytimes.com, in a big report on the many ways Elon Musk’s businesses are entangled with the federal government, notes [a govt role suggested by Trump] could give Musk the opportunity to deregulate himself. Oh.

@techconnectify.bsky.social Check it out! Just finished a shelter for my brand new mini split so it doesn't get iced up in the winter. So excited to use less natural gas this winter thanks to the three zone mini split! Thank you for introducing me to this technology!

@techconnectify.bsky.social This would not have happened if it wasn't for your videos! I'm looking forward to ditching the window units in the summer and having some non-combustion heat in the winter!

@techconnectify.bsky.social More heat pump content please! Thanks to you I'm air sealing our attic in preparation for a central heat pump w/ backup heat strips to replace our gas furnace. I'm in Cleveland; do you have an opinion on the models that work in -10° temps? Are they actually effective?
