I really like how well GoldenBraid cloning is supported, I have not seen it in any other tool, but terminal is not for everyone, so if you would ever decided to add GUI you have my support ;)

Hello BlueSky! Super excited that this work is out thanks to a great team work with Nélida Padilla-Garcia as lead author! We looked at what shaped the purging and fixation of TEs in populations across Arabidopsis lyrata species range. Short answer: the usual suspects, but also genomic imprinting!
