Most rural jurisdictions do not have $1M, or more, just sitting around in the bank for legal fees to defend against ai centers. That kind of money is more than the operating budget for a great many, including all 3 small cities I worked for

Hive mind help required: How do you get thrift store clothing perfume out of the textiles? Also, why do they do this? We have washed them several times, yet the sickly sweet odor remains. Now, clothes that did not come from the store smell like the store, and I have scent sensitive disabilities. 🫪

Chills. This is 100% on point. There are social workers across the Greater Minnesota who know their local jurisdictions won’t be able to meet someone’s needs. They pull money out of their own pocket, buy them a bus ticket to Minneapolis, and tell them where to go to get help.
