"whatever, everyone already uses it anyway so it's fine" is just not really the message a sorry person promotes. I'm frustrated by how everyone just gave him the benefit of the doubt. I'm not feeling very forgiving when this is the messaging. I don't think I'm being unreasonable either

Highlight, bold, italicize, underline. Every big-studio piece of media your brain claimed a singular childhood "hero" or "idol" from was made by a massive team of people. We just forget that, because the credits was when we stopped and rewinded the VHS tape.

I hate everything thing about all of this, but most of all hate the fact that there’s a “GenAI Creators Fund,” when 75% of the US animation industry lives paycheck to paycheck and/or can’t find work, and dozens of my colleagues’ original pitched shows have been scrapped

Artists don't make great art trying to make the audience happy. The best art is fundamentally a bit selfish; trying to make the best possible version of what THEY want to see. When audiences demand their whims and wants be catered to they're not asking for art, they're demanding a product.

It has now been THREE MONTHS and GlobalComix has not -released a public statement and apology to affected -given an action plan for changing things -changed their TOS to not allow AI comics (as promised) If they have done any of these things and I missed it I would LOVE for people to show me.

Hey, so I'm probably pulling TENACITY off Globalcomix. Globalcomix made a promotional Youtube video for TENACITY using ChatGPT to write their script for it. I did NOT give my consent to them for this and asked for the video to be taken down(which they did). Details below ⏬️ #globalcomix #comic

Cool bug facts! Whenever you see “indie animation studios” announce multiple shows and series being made without any prior establishment, budget, or income to put into it (and i mean big income) odds are they wont see the light of day and is a scam for free labor and piggybacking off others work!

The Winx Reboot promotional poster has clear signs of A./I in it and it's so gross you can't even defend it anymore. There's literally nothing left that's genuine at this point if even the background characters have A./I in it 🤮 Images are from @/maikyodel & @/snarky-art from tumblr

The winx promotional poster with a glass dome tower behind them that has clear inconsistent window beams only an A./I engine could make.

a side-by-side image of Aisha the Fairy of waves in the promotional poster, and her hair is right next to an A./I generated image with the EXACT SAME HAIR

A zoom in of the aisha image with the same earrings from the A./I image.

a twitter post by @horadosghosts saying

'OH MY LORD THEY DIDN'T EVEN TAKE OFF THE EARRINGS'

More A./I generated characters found walking in the background of the newly released trailer.

GenAI has polluted image search results, especially for animal pics. It’s now basically impossible to find accurate art references. Enter this: a repository of open-access, AI-free images of wild & exotic taxa. Artists creating *without AI* have blanket permission for derivative/transformative use.
