Imagine if ACT cared as much about NZ as they care about the genocidal country. A couple of changed words makes all the difference:

I stand alongside my colleague in condemning the spreading of Hobson's Pledge propaganda in this country.

How many more times do we need to be shown that what starts as extremist rhetoric does not stay as rhetoric. It follows people to their schools and businesses, and even to the supermarket or as they try to go about their daily lives.

Māori New Zealanders in our own community have been harassed and threatened on our streets, including here in Tāmaki. That is not activism. It is intimidation, and it has no place here.

Every New Zealander is entitled to go about their life without fear. That is not a partisan position. It is the most basic obligation a free country owes its citizens.

To our Māori community in Tāmaki and across New Zealand, ACT and I will continue to call this out whenever we see it.

Last night Tāmaki Labour candidate, Max Harris, hosted Bernard Hickey and Barbara Edmonds. Other side of the electorate ACT candidate hosts David Seymour. Approx 50 people turned up to the auditorium to hear Seymour, 140 packed out the community centre for Max Harris. C'mon Tāmaki! #nzpol
