Very exciting results shared by Fritz Sedlazeck @sedlazeck.bsky.social including my favourite mosaic variants. While Sniffles2 is well known, other tools from his lab can detect mosaic SVs (Sniffles2 Mosaic) and also assign them to cell types using methylation changes (Sniffmeth). So cool! #RNGS25
