Recently moved house and living very close to the river. Tonight we found an actual frog in the utility room. Wondering if he got in via the washing machine pipes. Took quite a long time to catch him and have since released him back into the wild. That’s enough excitement for a Sunday night ☺️

Great couple of days away for the Restraint Reduction Network conference in Newcastle. Some really powerful presentations and necessarily uncomfortable conversations but the biggest takeaway as always was about relational practice, empathy & human connection.
