The soldier asks "Sir, could you explain why I can't see or hear on this mission?"

Panel 2: The general replies "We are facing a HIGHLY UNIQUE enemy, private. Your SIGHT -- as well as HEARING -- leave you liable to be compromised by their ABILITY."

Panel 3: We see the soldier from the side as he puts the cloth around his head, covering his eyes, and gets ready to tie it from behind. The horizontally long thin window in the background indicates they are inside a bunker.
