Oh and they're not like full on tank controls, you walk and strafe with the d-pad and you also have a lock-on for aiming, and I'm pretty sure you can do quick turns as well

I played it recently and it controlled fine, if anything the only improvement it needs is analog rotation, but the game isn't difficult, they knew what they were doing when they made it

i do think it’s funny that your games stand to have a longer life span if you make them in “dead” technologies, rather than using modern tools. like DOS games, Flash, gameboy, snes… all have emulation and continue on indefinitely. the lates UE games likely won’t.

The cluelessness of this reminds me a lot of the NFT grift. The thing about NFTs was that it was mainly something finance bros were into, and when they were trying to worm their way into gaming, their pitches were an abyssal trench of bad ideas because they couldn't grasp why people played games.
