In Feb I was viciously arrested while trying to reconnect with my wife. They called multiple books by @greatdismal.bsky.social, Murakami, Clive barker (many more) obscene and CP (1Q84 specifically). We fought the wrongful arrest and won but $20,000 in lawyers is Brutal. Anything helps, thank you

Photos taken on a day where I felt sad for no reason, soaked black and white, high contrast but peaceful. A cat sleeping in a window seat, sharp angles of sunlight carved up in an attic bedroom, casting shadows on the walls, soaking the floor, leaving the cat like a dark black void on a cushion.

There is nothing more beautiful than a healing body

Photos taken on a day where I felt sad for no reason, black and white, high contrast but peaceful. My body in a bed, early morning, while my partner makes me coffee. I haven't shared a nude in long time.

Nudity can serve as a powerful tool for reclaiming bodily autonomy and self-validation after experiencing trauma. But that means the body must be disturbed, disrupted, in order to be reclaimed.

Reclaiming the Body does not mean that you can shed the past. Trauma disconnects you from your physical form, force you out of the world where you live in your body to a world where you live in fear, a space where you can see your body only a something outside of what happened to you, as something that like everything else is happening to you.

I'm learning again how to be unclothed is like learning how to see your own reflection, it's less about finding beauty and more about building neutrality.naked a body is a body is a body is a body, notice how the air and the sheets feel on your skin...

A book cover for my next book entitled "little violence" it is a queer Noir romance set in the Southern United States, about the difference between secrets and lies, lust and love, and how things worth dying for are also worth killing for, It is a story of obscured and partial truths.

The tagline ' a queer southern romance' and my name 'lauren jane k' are more visible. The cover has a faint pink undertone, a little blush of innocence it most certainly does not deserve.

In the sweltering heat of a Savannah summer, a missing Civil War-era photo album sets two strangers on a collision course of danger, desire, and obsession.

Brock Charleston—a private investigator with a penchant for finding what shouldn’t
exist—is hired to recover the photo album after its seller is brutally murdered. The deeper he digs into Savannah’s underground erotic world, the more the whispers start pointing toward one unlikely witness: Ronnie Barbarian, a queer tattooed cellist grieving her grandmother— and hiding a past she refuses to name.

Ronnie wants nothing to do with Brock or the violent world circling around her. Brock wants nothing to do with the sharp, magnetic pull he feels toward her. But when a second threat emerges, the two are forced together in a collision of grief, heat, and unraveling secrets.

Desire turns dangerous. Trust turns intimate. And the album—if it exists at all—may be worth killing for. But the hardest thing for Brock will be confronting the one thing he’s never risked: wanting something for himself.

I dimly lit photo, high grain and lots of noise. Strained flat lighting that makes the blacks and shadows matte and soft. A photo is of a strange space, yellowish walls meeting at odd angles, shapes vaguely reminiscent of a built-in entertainment unit from the 1990s - pale wood meeting bulkheads. The space creates an emptiness, into which a feminine body is tucked, standing up, long legs slightly bent, the only real light falls on the curves of their hip and back and waste as they bend forward folding themselves into the empty section. Their arms bent strangely, their face hidden their hair in motion....

The same Dusty yellow lighting in a strange room, pale walls out of focus. Reaching back towards the foot of a bed peeking out - a bed almost entirely hidden, dressed in a pail bodysuit. Legs spread wide around the corner of the mattress, toes pointed into just brush the carpet, their pelvis flattened and muscles flexed, one arm dangles gently off the side...
