Ok, how the Hell does Glob Herman Actually Work?

Two Panels from X-Men 39, where Glob Herman, a man made out of translucent paraffin wax with a visible skelton. The first panel depicts Glob unconcious, his free floating eyeballs closed in a cartoony fashion, while a person with a gun prepares to shoot him. The second panel is a close-up on one eye, now open with a realistic iris and pupil, with the word balloon "Hi," indicating that Glob has woken up and has noticed the would be assassin.

"This election is about the threat of trans kids" is the worst possible messaging for Dems yet so many candidates are leaning into it. No voter will flip R->D over it. Low-info voters read this as "you're focused on bullshit that doesn't affect me" while the base reads this as "you're an asshole."

One thing in particular to remember with Peter Cullen is he didn't voice movie Prime as easy nostalgia bait he was handed. He auctioned, and in an environment where some of the people wanted at least a Hugo Weaving equivalent name to voice Optimus. And he still won it, is a highlight of the film.

Something that's bugged me - "Whosoever holds this hammer, if he be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor" The plain reading of that is "A worthy person who holds this gains Thor powers." So people should be able to pick it up no problem, just not get the full Thunder God treatment.
