- Quality from beginning to end. From our start we have aspired to produce an actual play that stands out for its craftsmanship. We continuously strive to learn, grow, and elevate our content. We will maintain and improve our processes to create polished projects that we are proud of.
- Storytelling with heart, for everyone and by everyone. Storytelling is human, and humans span the spectrum of sexuality, race, gender identities, and ability. Accessibility and opportunity to those who are underrepresented in this community will be built into everything we do. We do not exist without compassionate, connected, and committed creators.
- Grace and Empathy when tackling difficult subjects, in our games, at our tables, and beyond our screens. Our tables and teams will always have access to and share safety tools in order to protect the health of everyone we work with. We will always do our best to provide our community and audience with stories that tackle difficult real world subjects in a way that is genuine and thoughtful. When approaching these topics we will always give our team and audience proper content warnings and space for their feelings.
