After nearly a year on the meds, I’ve hit my first goal: sub 100kg! It was a very emotional moment on the scales this morning as it clicked over to 99.7kg. I’ve lost 34.6kg since July 2025. I simply do not have the words to articulate what this means to me.

I completely avoided the Singing Competition this year. Years of ill-advised decisions, vote gaming, boycotts, silencing of artists’ views, shutting out some journalists, anti-boo, the flag rules… I probably wouldn’t have been able be able to enjoy it with all that rattling around in my head.
