After nearly a year on the meds, I’ve hit my first goal: sub 100kg! It was a very emotional moment on the scales this morning as it clicked over to 99.7kg. I’ve lost 34.6kg since July 2025. I simply do not have the words to articulate what this means to me.

Alright, we all get it, she has a consistently poor choice in husbands, but stop going on about it, Terry. We all know you’d rather be with her. My weight journey from 2025.

Feb: figured out milk intolerance

Not much weight shifted this week, seems my excellent 12-week run has hit a plateau. This is normal and I’m not discouraged. Some numbers: Started at 134.8kg (297lb), 41.3% body fat, 41.5 BMI. Now at 117.4kg (253lb), 37.7% body fat, 36.2 BMI. Weekly average change: -1.3kg (2.9lb).
