Jersey barrier finally installed at beginning of 34th Ave bike lane at Northern Blvd and 48th (the Dwyer Square intersection with HMart, Guitar Center, and, Popeyes chicken, Ross). Bikelane wa ofen used as a stopping/waiting zone for food takeout cars.

Before the Jersey barrier, bike lane was used as a stopping zone for vehicles.
