If you have NSO Expansion Pak or are cool with emulating, I’d recommend Zero Mission first. It does a good job easing new players in and happens to be chronologically first. Fusion is also excellent after that. Otherwise, I think Dread is very accessible, just a bit difficult on “normal”.
