i've been playing this game since the beginning. i was a judge for seven years. a wizards employee for eight (five of which were in magic r&d), and even to this day i spend upwards of a thousand dollars on every new non-ub set. hp in magic would almost certainly get me to quit forever.

octopath traveler 1 thoughts: i reached the final dungeon. the structure is... frustrating. to start, there are eight mini-bosses. literal recolors of appropriate chapter bosses, after which is a lore dump that explains how the stories fit together. there are no grand twists here, thankfully.
