Page 2: The man walks upstairs as the aliens watch from the entrance of the building. The man enters his apartment and greets his little dog. Suddenly there is a knock at the door.

I skimmed the article just now; His article is not related to genAI at all. What he’s worried about is AI is being developed in other countries being used to hack the UK government through brute force attacks. Humans tire out where AI doesn’t, so he argues effectively creating an “AI firewall”.

I don’t know if the software itself is slop or not, but the company’s primary business model is genAI. The software being open source gives me hope that it can be used comfortably without touching AI and the code will be stabilized, but the background of the company itself is something to consider.
