You can definitely cheese the boss atm 😂 but I added ability upgrade drops, particles, hit flashes, charging mode on the boss that blocks damage, boss music, a cool messaging system to inform the player, and new dash controls. #pico8 #gamedev #picoshooties #pixelart #retro

I could write 10,000 words about Caves of Qud (and maybe one day I will) but I want to point out one thing about the water ritual, "your thirst is mine, my water is yours." I love that it STARTS with the empathy of acknowledging the other's need before moving on to the gift of one's own water.
