Watching this old Twilight Zone episode, 'The Grave' which has NOT ONLY Lee Marvin BUT ALSO Lee Van Cleef, AND THEN ALSO Strother Martin, I'm feeling quite giddy.

I finally framed my beautiful artwork from @littleramstudio.bsky.social I love this piece so much. I never knew Heather in person, but I still miss her. Her and Gary's art is just so lovely. Evocative, comforting, and lifting. Gorgeous stuff. 🐦‍⬛🐦‍⬛

Dunwich once was the Anglo-Saxon capital of the Kingdom of East Anglia. Much of it has been swallowed by the sea. Old bones still weather out of the cliff face, and visitors are encouraged to listen to the sound of the waves for ghostly echoes of the lost bells. #OccultBritain 👉🏼 helleborebooks.com

Walked towards the kitchen to see my dog with her paws up on the counter, straining to reach & lick some food just barely out of reach. As I'm saying 'Hey! No! Get down!' I can see her madly calculating how long she can keep trying before I reach her.

When it comes to the Christmas season in French Canada, one dish that is always loved is Tourtière. It is a delicious dish, and its history dates back to the earliest days of New France. Let's learn more about the history of Tourtière :) 🧵1/8

The image shows a savory meat pie with a golden-brown, flaky crust. The pie is in a glass dish, and a slice has been removed, revealing the filling inside, which appears to be a mixture of ground meat and possibly other ingredients like vegetables or gravy. The crust is well-baked, with a rich, appetizing color and a slightly puffed appearance, indicating it has been baked to perfection.

The pie is placed on a green and white checkered tablecloth, which adds a rustic, homely feel to the scene. Beside the pie, there is a dark blue cloth, possibly a napkin or a piece of fabric, which contrasts with the colors of the pie and the tablecloth.

They say everyone lives 3 lives – public, private, secret. A longtime friend fell very ill & his farflung circle of friends came together online. I now know much about the ‘secret’ portion of his life - a seismic shift in how I perceive him in the rearview. We should maybe remain unknowable.

A gloomy November Sunday, which is entirely my vibe. Getting lots done today, domestically speaking. The Christmas cactus is blissfully unaware of the deep, deep troubles in the world.
