the amount of stuff that ethernet PHYs can report, & the depth it gets to, is wild. we don’t see half of it in our usual show commands, or any network GUI. and unless you have like, a PHY EVB, or a custom-made or jailbroken network device, this stuff just sits in the background

i’d say CBT Nuggets (Keith Barker in particular), general CCNA course material for free on youtube, and if you’re up for downloading packet tracer (it’s free), you can find free labs online other folks have made! there’s also this “100 labs for the CCNA” book that helped me out when i was learning
