I wasn't involved in any sort of community either. I just played and moved on. I didn't even know how truly popular it was. I remember thinking it was just some mobile game and then found out about the main version.

I haven't played Skullgirls in years but I enjoyed it a lot. It was specifically the mobile version which, from what I recall, was quite different from the "normal" release. Anyway, every time I check back in on it, it's just controversy after controversy. It's all so confusing.
