Donald Trump slumped in chair. In original version, he appears to be sleeping, but the image has been modified to give him big old googly eyes, making him look very awake, the most awake anyone has ever been.

Gobsmacked by the elite levels of not knowing ball in the Senate today, thinking an NBA team is called the Hawkeyes then, refusing to Google it, then accusing a guy of treason because you didn’t know the Iowa Lady Hawkeyes aren’t in the NBA. Somehow I don’t trust these people to Save Girls Sports.

Shoutout to this guy's boogers
Comic book ad for Star Wars the Arcade Game home edition. Printed at the top are the words Star Wars: The Arcade Game comes home. Under that, a man wearing sunglasses faces the viewer, smiling open-mouthed while operating a game controller. Reflected in his sunglasses are the simple-line vector graphics for the game. The effect created is that he is having the time of his life. Unfortunately, the man's head is tilted up enough that boogers are visible in his nostrils.

I love how many mystery villains, often goblins, Spidey has, who may go unrevealed for years, but for a guy named Mysterio, straight outta the gate, they were like, "Here's his name and how he does every single trick."

Lode Runner was an easy-to-learn platformer with a rare dig-through-the-platform mechanic and one of the first level editors.
Box cover art for Broderbund's game Lode Runner, depicting a man in a gold jumpsuit swinging across a horizontal ladder while firing a pistol attached to his belt by a retractable cord. His belt also contains a box spilling over with gold treasure. Below him, red robots trapped in pits reach up to try to grab him. For context, the game features single-screen levels. Players run around picking up gold treasure while avoiding enemies, sometimes climbing or going across ladders. It also allows players to drill through single platform blocks in front of or behind the character. The player can drop through the holes created or use them to trap enemies, even walking over their heads. After a few seconds, holes close up, potentially killing enemies or the player, or blocking escape. The player might have to drill through several levels to reach some of the gold, requiring planning ahead. When all gold is collected, a ladder appears, allowing the player to ascend to the next level.

It's all rich coming from Ross, of course. But Tony, at least, should have immediately spearheaded cleanup and rebuilding in Sokovia instead of riding off into the sunset in his Audi or bankrolling every MIT project. Cleaning up after messes he creates should be second nature by then.

That's why it feels comfortable painting Republicans with a broader brush than I might otherwise. Some R politicians opposed Trump, but they were largely rejected by their own voters. Those who remain own it all.

Functional government, if and when we have it, should always have PR built into it. I forget the term, but there's a word that describes things that are so functional that they become boring, then invisible and undervalued, which is how we lose them.

And the publisher can't argue that I don't own that copy of the book because you bought a copy yesterday. They're copies. And in a digital format, producing more copies is of limited cost to the publisher.

If I buy a copy of a physical book from a publisher (through a third-party seller), I own my own copy of that book, but the publisher still maintains control over production and distribution of the work. The publisher can't someday decide to come into my house and remove the book.

They can't come up with an entertaining way to do a pre-movie recap, something TV shows have been doing forever? The best suggestion I've read is to have Michael Peña's Luis narrate it. If you need portentious, have someone play Uatu. Or just a well-edited clip package
