Es kommt ganz auf das Ergebnis an. Wenn beide Kammern an die Demokraten gehen, können die sehr viel mehr machen als Steine in den Weg legen. Aber ja, ich würde mein "Handeln" nicht von einer überwiegenden Wahrscheinlichkeit abhängig machen.
