I'm almost 100% sure I'm undiagnosed ADHD. Too much makes sense when I learn about characteristic behaviors (e.g., unhealthy level of hyper focus; executive dysfunction; instead of finishing one task at time in one go, getting distracted and starting another which leads to another which leads… )
