Some of these booking services have ridiculous charges. Mandurah Cruises for example. Spent approx $678 on bookings. Paid by debit card online. They charge almost $10 as an online booking fee and then another $9 for debit card surcharge. Suddenly cost is $699.49. Rip off.

I detest the word step when it comes to parenting. My sons’ father never sees or chats to them. Sons are 45/50. But every 2 years demands to be called Dad. He says my husband is just a step-father. The kids call my hubby their other Dad or OhDad. My (step)grandchildren call me Ohnanna other Nanna

LNP says it’s an election bribe but HELLO we were given the same deal last Christmas and there wasn’t a murmur from them. West Australians in the metropolitan area get free transport on trains/buses/ferry as long as they use a Smartrider. Dec 15-Feb 5. Free parking at stations too.
