I like Control Resonant (7.5/10) but it's sufficiently failing to scratch the Control itch that I'll likely go right back to my most recent Control replay right after finishing Resonant, and enjoy it more

maybe a hot take but I don't actually like Sprawl Zero that much... the deeper I get the more frustrated by its encounter design I find myself, it feels like it expects you to crutch really heavily on the abilities, or like the abilities are so strong it makes the enemies spongier to compensate

HOLE is a movie that opens with a premise: the united states government is threatening to nuke a black hole in saint louis you then spend most of its runtime watching people talk with such characters as 'puke guy' and 'doctor scientist PHD', it doesn't give you much to work with fun to laugh at

A tier list of mostly-unknown movies, rated from best (baffling, surprising, hidden gem?) to worst (unwatchable). Higher Power is top tier, Resident Evil Degeneration and The Black Hole are mid tier, Ava is low tier, Apocalypse (with Richard Harris) is bottom tier and maybe the worst movie I've seen in my life.
