The house that has Demuth, Tafoya, and Folk signs out on a heavily traveled corridor through the part of the city with the lowest 2024 Trump vote percentage is doing a great service for anyone who's unsure who not to vote for in the HCA race.

Under US law, it is nearly impossible for a person to file a civil rights lawsuit against an individual federal agent. But an increasing number of people harmed by ICE and DHS agents are filing tort claims: demanding monetary compensation from the federal government for what has been done to them.

Early last year, you helped write postcards and/or attended our protest and/or donated to urge Target to remove the practice of battery cages from their egg supply chain.

Thanks to your efforts and those of our partners, we are glad to share that Target has recently announced their recommitment to going entirely cage-free by 2030! See this blog post from The Humane League for details. They led the work, with partnership from all of us at CAA, and Mercy for Animals.
