It seems unusual to me that the case against Man City was proved, then the appeal will be heard and only then will any sanction be announced. The punishment is always decided before an appeal and one basis of appeal is that the punishment is disproportionately harsh. What is different here?

Cheap CDs from charity shops is a great way to discover new (to me) artists. I also listen to my old LPs. And clearing out the loft last week I found two huge boxes of audio tapes with recordings of John Peel shows I'd made in the 70s and thought I'd lost. I'm rediscovering some crackers!
