Shane Haste vs. Alpha Wolf: Obviously, this is the last night, so many of the matches are worth looking out for, and have potential implications for the rest of the tournament. But I can't help but shake the feeling that this one will be more important that we're perhaps giving it credit. After all, Shane seems keenly interested in Alpha Wolf after their encounter on 8/10, and Shane himself is no slouch in this tournament. But more than that, these two have both power-wrestling and raw explosiveness working in their favor. Where they don't have a ton of story, they have a lot of potential, and I wouldn't count this match out as something that will raise some eyebrows.

Tetsuya Endo vs. OZAWA: Last year, these two were in different N1 blocks. So while they didn't necessarily miss out on having a match like Kenoh and OZAWA did, Endo still prepared a special finisher for if he were to meet OZAWA in the finals. This makes sense, seeing that they were very close while in T2KX, to the point of claiming they were twins separated at birth (and apparently torn across time, as they are 5 years apart in age). OZAWA was enormously bitter over Endo's betrayal, and Endo has been delighted to push those buttons ever since.
