It really does! And we probably *should* remember them, because every game counts for the same number of wins. I am once again reminded to simply enjoy being in the fleeting moment as it happens*. (*and also take copious notes, since that is my job)

The league doesn't need a salary cap, they just need to eliminate the trade deadline for small market teams. Under my policy, if the Brewers win tonight, they would be able to trade with the Padres to get Tatis, Machado, Morejon, Merrill, and Miller, and then trade back after the World Series.

During the regular season, I think the "he's not running hard out of the box" narrative gets overused. It's not JV, it's a 162-game season. Take care of your body. But in the playoffs? Surprised how many instances we've already seen of guys not busting it out of the box & it costs them a base.
