People are going to clown on this but we need to remember that planning for local context is important: a city with Los Angeles, California’s semi-arid Mediterranean climate only gets sunshine ~300 days a year; so it’s important to make sure you can never ever find shade in the middle of the day.

My ancestors from England arrived in Pennsylvania in the 1750s, and my ancestors from Ireland moved to Charleston, SC in the 1840s. I would never consider myself English or Irish. I am American because I was born here, and I know the language and customs. It has nothing to do with skin color.

I have many complaints about Democrats, but there is far more accountability within the Democratic party than the Republican. A Democratic president, acting like this, would be impeached and expulsed from office, and that is because Democrats are willing to vote against there own when it is right.

The belief that if we build more housing we will get so good at building housing that the price of building will come down like the cost of TVs or computers has come down sounds totally made up to me. I have never heard anyone make that argument until reading him make it up.
