Reminder: Check your gas usage each month! In Jan, I noticed that my Dec usage was about 20% higher than usual, which was weird since I left town for the holidays. Had someone from LA Water & Gas come out & they found a small leak—a serious fire hazard! In LA, the appt and fix were FREE.
