I went to Silent Hill once for vacation and when the world state changed the lawn I was sitting on went from fine fescue to Kentucky bluegrass, and the barbershop quartet I was watching switched from traditional songs to pop music covers. Horrifying.

Huh. Just went thru a lesser silent hill adventure. weird monsters, puzzles, NPCs that represent me in my many aspects, hazy memories and lingering self doubt, all because I forgot to wheel the bins out on garbage day. I'm fine now.
