Sensational two-episode premier. Can't wait for the next one! Really hope Marvel can keep this up for the whole season of VisionQuest.

Surprisingly bloody and violent, too! In a good way.

So far, VisionQuest has the best structure and pacing of any Marvel TV show yet. Aside from the opening minute or so of monologue backstory, there isn't unnatural exposition to recap or introduce characters (intros have been done in a very fun, non-intrusive way). Plot is advanced very quickly.

Halfway thru VisionQuest episode 1 and I don't think a Marvel live-action TV show has impressed me this much from the jump in a very long time, if ever.

There is a recent release that was printing on paper that is more similar to the original newsprint. I can't remember exactly if they were just different omnis or some special line, but they are supposed to be lighter and also much closer to original coloring. I'll look it up and post later.

The Six06 @thesix06.bsky.social · 13/10/2026

This is a big reason I've (mostly) stopped buying omnis. Need to find more collections that keep the coloring as originally meant to be seen.

On Friday, @mikevorkunov.bsky.social reported that the NBA is exploring potentially having its Las Vegas expansion team start in 2029-30 instead of 2028-29. I wrote about two key triggers that would make that start date far more logical: www.forbes.com/sites/bryant...

Why The NBA Might Prefer To Delay Domestic Expansion Until 2029-30

The NBA was originally hoping to have Las Vegas and Seattle expansion teams debut in the 2028-29 season, but a few key triggers could justify pushing them back by a year.

Love this. Massive steal for the Raptors. Shead being small makes it hard for him to impact defense at all levels, but he has incredible hands and he seemingly teleports around the court. With a variety of deflections, charges drawn & passes stolen, you have a walking generator of feedback loops.
