Yesterday, I attended a workshop in the Freelance Editors Club and one of the questions asked what makes me feel accomplished. I tried to find both professional and personal things, but the first one that popped into my mind was the testimonial below.

More importantly, sometimes authors need to be a bit weird or outside the box in their prose style. She is a master at identifying your writing quirks and letting you be you.

Wrapping up my current edit today & getting pumped for it by listening to movie soundtracks. We went to a Hans Zimmer concert once & my music taste hasn’t been the same since. The timing of this playlist was excellent yesterday, giving me the perfect songs for a boss fight at the end of the book.
