Yes, magical is the operative word. It doesn't matter how few streams it gets but listening to your own stuff and being able to say "I made this" is incredibly gratifying. Obviously, the more streams, the better! But I'm sure you see my point.

Here's a pup who seems to be on the fence about something haha no but seriously someone help her. 13/10

a fuzzy, tan and white corgi puppy stands on one side of a metal fence, while her front half sticks out on the other side. it appears she attempted to squeeze through two bars in the fence and got herself stuck. her front leg dangles a bit off the ground. her head is facing straight ahead, and she looks over slightly with just her eyes. she would appreciate if you could help her and not mention this to anyone.

The thing that sucks about my approach is I often end up with genre-less music. If I could sing, maybe it wouldn't be a big deal. But so many songs just stay on my hard drive because I don't know what to do with them haha. Oh well, I just enjoy creating.

I'm envious. I've found that I struggle with that approach, unfortunately. Now I go in with no plan but tempo and kind of let the creative process take over and see what comes of it. I actively try to not think when creating, just let the creative decisions guide the direction of the song.
