Since the Kelvin wave associated with these El Niño events has already begun hitting South America, could that indicate that the El Niño is on its way to weakening sooner than normal? Or would it be more likely to see this continue to increase until the normal cooling time?

Denver has a lot of these misaligned streets. What do you think is a better solution to making them bike streets? These streets make it difficult for cars to travel, so there’s actually less dangerous traffic on them naturally .
