One of my favorite things about Star Trek is how often we not only see characters have hobbies, but that they’re bad at them. Riker doesn’t play the trombone because he’s good at it, but because he enjoys it. It’s a factor that sells the utopian future idea.

Today is the birthday of artist Marie Severin (Aug. 21, 1929-Aug. 30, 2018), most known for her work at EC Comics & her many years at Marvel.

Her cover to The Incredible Hulk #102 (1968), which is a dramatic image of the Hulk changing into Bruce Banner.

i fully believe kaine is edgy enough to choose lilith as a name. she repurposed the jackal's old lab years ago to resequence her dna while petra parker was still cracking her shell.
